Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the 50 states. We do not offer international shipping yet. 


What shipping options do you offer and what do they cost?

We offer free Priority Mail shipping for all orders - no minimums. 


How quickly will my order ship?

We try to process orders as soon as possible. Every order is handmade in small batches to ensure the best quality and freshness. 


What is your return policy?

At the moment, we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order please reach out to us at info@bungalowsun.com or through our live chat!


Where's my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number from us when your order ships.

How do I use and find out more information about each product?

Are all of your products in glass packaging?

All of our products are in glass packaging besides the in shower polishes. We want to ensure safety for every customer. We ask you please recycle your packaging or reuse it when you are finished! 

 

Are you vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! We are vegan and cruelty-free (and proud of it!). Our products are plant-based and free from all animal-derived ingredients. 

 

How much product do I use?

A little goes a long way with our products and it is completely based on personal preference! We recommend starting small and adjusting based on your preference.

 

Is it normal for product color to vary? 

Yes! We use no preservatives and all unrefined ingredients. This may cause colors to vary in each jar. 


Why did my body oil separate?

Our body oil will naturally separate after sitting for periods of time. You may even see white specks - no need to worry this is just the shea butter! Shake up your bottle before each use and you will be good to go! 


My Body Melt is liquid? 

No need to worry! Since our products are all natural and made with butters and oils, in warmer weather it may melt. Place out of sun or in the fridge for a more solid lotion!


My Body Melt is too solid? 

Since our melt is made from natural oils and butters, it may harden in colder temperatures. Run under hot water or place in warm, sunny areas to get to a more soft state! 

My Body Scrub and/or Polish is Melted?

Don't worry! In summer heat this can happen. Simply stir the product to avoid the pumice and salt from settling and place in your fridge. Your scrub/polish will be back to normal texture.
